Information we collect and personal data processed by AppInMail
If you have an AppInMail self-generated email consultation account
When anyone send you an EAC email a temporary account is created in AppInMail Registry with nothing else than a right to access to the content sent by the sender. When you accept to read this content, a cookie is created on your computer to allow you to access to this content. This is a technical necessity to let you access to the content sent to you.
If you have an AppInMail full registration
When a higher level of identity is required to access to some content the self-generated consultation account is not enough and a request to input more personal data is requested. This mainly pertains to your identifiers on the Partner Site (allowing you access to partner services), ant.appinmail.io site require more information as your identification data
(specifically your last name, first name, address, date and place of birth) and as the case may be, an identity document as well as any document of proof that may be required to use the services This data is transmitted to MANGOPAY from your personal online area on the Partner site through MANGOPAY’s API.
If you have AppInMail EURO Wallet
The creation of EURO Wallet involve a higher level of security and identification, the information stored by AppInMail are only your last name, first name, address, date and country of residence). All other information is stored by MANGOPAY as identity documents and any of the documents needed to comply with the KYC procedure through MANGOPAY API.
Obligatory data is indicated in a visible manner on the collection forms on the site. If you refuse to provide the obligatory Data, your subscription to the services may be refused or the services may be suspended.
Furthermore, MANGOPAY processes payment data and data regarding the functioning of your account (this data is generated when you use the services), as well as data related to managing payment fraud.
Additionally, Personal Data related to you is collected and processed: when you registered with MANGOPAY services and open an account (payment account or electronic money account); when you use the services and the account is managed; for managing your personal online area; during authentication to access your account or transmit instructions for payment; for managing your request for help or claims; to carry out the obligations in terms of the fight against money laundering and the financing of terrorism; for fraud management.
All EURO transactions are stored by MANGOPAY. Each EURO transaction creates a receipt of the transaction stored by appinmail and sent to you by email.
If you have AppInMail @NT Wallet
@NT Wallet cannot be created without a EURO Wallet, then all data for EURO Wallet are stored as described in section EURO Wallet, additionally all transactions between @NT Wallet are store by wallet.appinmail.io, each transaction creates a receipt of the transaction stored by appinmail and sent to you by email.
Extended account
In case a partner application request extended information, this application may collect additional information, please refer to the privacy policy of this application.
PIS account
In case you bought services or products by using AppInMail platform you will automatically have a PIS account (Partner Information System). This account defines you as a customer, a provider, a reseller. You have access to this information by at the address partner.appinmail.io, this site stores all the information related to your product/services distributed by the appinmail network.
ProMail account
As soon as you have an AppInMail account an instance of the application ProMail is provided to you for free. This instance is the Web Based application storing all your AppInMail messages, you can also connect third party mailbox. All the information is stored in a specific encrypted personal space.
Payment information
When you purchase the Services, we will also collect transaction information, which may include your credit card information, billing address, and other payment-related information like PayPal account details, transaction ID, invoices. When you make a purchase using your banking card, any credit card information you provide is collected and processed directly by our payment processor MANGOPAY through their MANGOPAY Checkout service. We never receive or store your full credit card information. MANGOPAY commits to complying with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) and using industry standard security. Technical information
We automatically collect information on how you interact with the AppInMail, such as the IP address from which you access the account, date and time, information about your browser, operating system and computer or device, pages viewed and items clicked. We may also collect location information, including location information automatically provided by your computer or device. We use cookies and similar technologies to collect some of this information. Third Party Platforms. We may collect information when you interact with our advertisements and other content on third-party sites or platforms, such as social networking sites. This may include information such as “Likes”, profile information gathered from social networking sites or the fact that you viewed or interacted with our content.
Customer Data
By using EAC Technology or AppInMail website, you may submit various types of information and data for hosting and processing purposes (“Customer Data”). Customer Data may include, without limitation, (a) Textual data and (b) uploaded images to hosting server in order to be used in some application created with the EAC Technology or VDOM applications.
How we use the information we collect
AppInMail Registry information
Identification information are used for accessing EAC Content or Web application using AppInMail SSO services are stored in the AppInMail registry application and you have a permanent access to it by using the admin.appinmail.io Web application. All your data are portables and exportable as a JSON data structure.
Other information
• To provide, maintain and improve the AppInMail services and our other products and services, including to operate certain features and functionality of AppInMail (for example, by remembering your information so that you will not have to re-enter it during this or subsequent visits); • To process your inquiries and otherwise deliver customer service; • To process your payments; • To control unauthorized use or abuse of AppInMail and our other products and services, or otherwise detect, investigate or prevent activities that may violate our policies or be illegal; • To analyze trends, administer or optimize AppInMail, monitor usage or traffic patterns (including to track users’ movements around AppInMail) and gather demographic information about our user base as a whole; • To communicate directly with you, including by sending you newsletters, promotions and special offers or information about new products and services; and • In the manner described to you at the time of collection or as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy.

Opt-Outs. We may provide you with the opportunity to “opt-out” of having your personal information used for certain purposes when we ask for this information. If you decide to optout, we may not be able to provide certain features of AppInMail to you.
Due to the EAC Technology when you Opt-outs and you receive a new EAC Email the procedure of recreating a self-generated account is done to allow you to access to the content sent to you. As soon as you read the EAC Content you MUST accept to activate the selfgenerated account.
Communication Preferences. If you no longer wish to receive our newsletter and promotional communications, you may opt-out of receiving them by following the instructions included in such communications. Please note, however, that you may be unable to opt-out of certain service-related communications.
Blocking Cookies. You can remove or block certain cookies using the settings in your browser but AppInMail may cease to function properly if you do so.
